The City of Neiva (Colombia) recently joined the network Cities for Mobility. The Coordination Office and the City of Stuttgart warmly welcome Neiva as new member. It is the capital of the Department of Huila, and it is located in the valley of the Magdalena River in south central Colombia with a population of about 360.000 inhabitants.
